I am pleased to hae this opportunity to submit a letter of recommendation for Joe Plourde-a person with whom it was a sincere pleasure to do business with. Joe worked extremely hard to sell my home, and I felt compelled to write this letter. Joe took the listing for my house at a very difficult time of year for real estate sales-only a month and a half before the end of the year holidays. He started advertising and marketing my house almost immediately. A professional sign was placed very neatly on my front yard and another sign was placed at the corner of my street (I live on a cul-de-sac) to attract any and all potential buyers driving by. He continued to produce showings of my home to interested and qualified buyers. Joe was always available to answer any and all of my questions no matter what they were or when I called him. This is the first time I have ever sold a home, and I had so many questions. Joe was always there for me, as a real estate agent, and as a friend. He is a very compassionate person with a thorough understanding of the anxieties and pressures of selling a home, especially in these tough times the real estate market is experiencing. He was able to find a qualified buyer for me, one that would meet my asking price without a lot of hassle. I feel he did a terrific job in matching the buyer and seller in my case, as I am sure he does with every real estate transaction he is involved with. I would recommend Joe Plourde as a real estate agent to anyone selling real estate under any circumstances. He followed through with every detail on the sale of my home from beginning to end. He was tolerant of my many phone calls and endless questions, reassuring me every step of the way. I find him to be a solid and honest business man that has the knowledge and drive to get the job done. Give Joe a chance to work for you. I am sure you will not regret it. I am very glad I did. It made all the difference to myself and my family.

I never would have believed that within about two months of signing our buyer-broker agreement I'd be in my first home! I am so excited about this lovely historic [i.e., ramshackle] place and can't wait to begin putting togethermy five-year plan. Unfortunately, because I have enjoyed looking at homes, I will miss that aspect of house-hunting. I will happily recommend you to my friends; and who knows, since you are licensed in Mass. you may be able to eventually find my brother a house! Dear Joe, I want to thank you for all the services you have extended to me and my Mother's estate. After a year of another's marketing and no action at all, you succeeded in 90 days to sell the house. My only regret is that I didn't use RE/MAX from the beginning and that I did not realize that a 90 day contract should have been applied. This was all my error - a novice at doing this. Your approach helped me a great deal and my sister also is appreciative that the house is sold and not our responsibility any longer. Thank you for your guidance and advise.
